Provide Owner with As-Built drawings, operations manuals, and warranties (should be provided no later than two weeks after Building Dept. final inspection. Meet with Owner and Architect to review our job performance. Determine what should be done differently on next project. Project Manager to maintain contact with the Owner and Architect on a regular basis. Conduct a 11-month walkthrough to identify items requiring repair, or replacement under project warranties. Employees must report any unsafe conditions to the job site supervisor and the Responsible Safety Officer. Any work-related injury or illness must be reported to management at once. Personal protective equipment must be used when and where required. All such equipment must be properly maintained.
